Installation time varies depending on the size, complexity and number of closets in the project. Most installations are completed within one to two days. We will provide you with a more accurate timeline during the design process.

No, we include the labor to remove your old shelves and patch the holes. If you would like to get a quote for painting or disposal of bulky materials we can do that for you too.

While it’s not necessary for you to be home during the entire installation, we recommend being available at the beginning and end to ensure everything meets your expectations.

The cost of a custom closet system varies based on the size of the space, the materials chosen, and the complexity of the design. We provide a detailed quote after the initial consultation and design phase.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash. Fifty percent is due upon ordering and the balance upon installation/completion. Full payment details will be provided with your quote.

Yes, we offer a warranty on all our products and installation services. The specifics of the warranty will be provided in your contract.

Our systems are designed for easy maintenance. Regular dusting and occasional cleaning with a damp cloth are usually sufficient. For specific care instructions based on your chosen materials, please refer to our maintenance guide provided during installation.
